Quotes

Quotes given via WhatsApp, phone or email are based on the information and photos you provide. They are valid for 14 days from the date issued. If we discover damage during stripdown that wasn't visible from the photos or initial inspection, we'll pause and confirm any change in price with you before continuing.

Bookings & payment

Most jobs are paid on collection by card or bank transfer. Larger jobs (over £1,000 in materials) may require a deposit confirmed at the time of booking. Cash is accepted but not preferred.

Workmanship guarantee

Every repair carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee, in writing on your invoice. Covered defects include paint runs, sinkage, lifting, fish-eye, and panel work that has come loose. If a covered defect appears within 12 months of collection, return the car to us and we'll fix it at no charge. The paint manufacturer's UV warranty on the materials is separate and depends on the system used; we'll explain at the time of quoting.

What's not covered

The guarantee does not cover: subsequent damage (new dents, scratches, accidents); paint deterioration caused by failure to wash and wax the car normally; damage from chemical contamination (bird lime not removed promptly, fuel spills, etc.); or work done elsewhere.

Customer responsibilities

• Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before drop-off.
• Tell us about any pre-existing electrical, mechanical or alignment issues.
• Collect the vehicle within 7 days of completion notification, or storage charges may apply.
• Insurance work: provide the claim reference and any documentation we ask for.

Liability

We carry comprehensive insurance covering vehicles in our care. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing faults or for items you've left in the vehicle.

Disputes

If you're unhappy with any work, please contact us first — we want the chance to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
