Who we are

What we collect

• Contact-form submissions: the name, phone number, email address and message you send via the contact form.
• WhatsApp / phone enquiries: the phone number, photos and messages you send to 07483 925095.
• Server logs: standard request logs (IP address, user agent, page requested) processed by Cloudflare for security and performance. No third-party trackers are loaded.
• Cookies: a single session-only entry in sessionStorage to remember whether you've already seen the "send a photo" prompt during your visit. No persistent cookies.

Why we collect it

We collect this data only to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and follow up about repair work. The lawful basis is your consent (when you submit the form or message us) and our legitimate interest in running the business.

How long we keep it

Form submissions: up to 24 months from the date of your enquiry, after which they're deleted. Job records (invoices, photos) are retained for 6 years per UK accounting and tax requirements. Server logs are retained per Cloudflare's standard retention.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with:

• Cloudflare, for hosting and security (data may be processed in the EU/UK).
• Web3Forms, our form-delivery provider that forwards submissions to our email.
• Your insurer, if your job is an insurance claim and only with your authorisation.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can: ask us what data we hold about you; ask us to correct or delete it; object to its processing; or complain to the ICO. Email info@autobodywork.co.uk for any of the above.
